BEYOND THE BRICKS:
ICE HAUS, A FAMILY’S LEGACY
The Ice Haus—a testament to a family's deep connection with a town that became their home. Discovering Sheridan, Wyoming in 2016, the owners felt an instant pull up north toward its charm, culture, and tight-knit community. What ignited their passion for Sheridan was more than the scenic mountains or the kaleidoscope of outdoor activities. It was an inexplicable feeling of belonging, a resonance that echoed, "This is home."
The snowflake emblem, a fusion of hockey sticks, symbolizes their family's bond with the town and its love for winter sports. Through encounters with locals and discussions about Sheridan's future, their dream began taking shape.
“When we engaged Sheridan locals, their feedback was consistently positive—an experience different from our previous location. Sheridan stood out as a community fostering unity among kindred spirits in an otherwise uncertain world. If we chose to relocate here, it wasn't just about arriving; it was about making a meaningful investment in a place we felt aligned with.”
The decision to build Ice Haus was more than creating a structure; it was their way of becoming an integral part of Sheridan. Nestled close to the Ice Rink, this space was envisioned as a "Family Collective," offering eateries and luxurious condos for a seamless lifestyle — whether for visitors, returning families, or locals.
The Ice Haus wasn't merely envisioned as a space; it was designed as a versatile canvas for the community. More than architecture, Ice Haus embodies the essence of belonging—a sanctuary that will cradle memories, friendships, and the enduring love this
family holds for Sheridan.
